What an amazing way to kick off Thanksgiving break! 🦃🍂 Yesterday, our Environmental Science class participated in our annual hands-on deer processing lab, and it was an incredible learning experience. Students had the opportunity to master techniques from field dressing all the way to meat processing—taking their game from the field to the table.
A huge THANK YOU to Jaron Beck from the ODNR for guiding the lab and giving students this hands-on opportunity, and to Ms. James for letting us use the Ag shop! Experiences like this teach practical skills and promote respect for wildlife and conservation. We’re so proud of our students for their hard work! 💪🦌
