Next week is homecoming spirit week!! We are so excited to see all the fun you guys have with dress up days, and games during lunch!! There will be a google form sign up coming to your email that you will use to sign up for games during lunch and also for the minute to win it games on Wednesday night. The dress up days for next week are: Monday- Dress as your significant other/best friend/favorite teacher or coach Tuesday- USA/camo day Wednesday- Class ages (jr high- dress as babies, freshman- toddlers, sophomores- sorority/fraternity, juniors- soccer mom/bbq dad, seniors- senior citizens Thursday- Role Reversal (students dress as teachers/staff and teachers/staff dress as students) Friday- Green and Gold
Homecoming Ticket sales start on Monday! Tickets are $10 each! Come see the Student Council table during lunch!

Congratulations to the JV and Varsity girls Volleyball teams on their win against Lima Perry last night!!!

Last night the cross country teams ran at the Bath Invitational. In the MS girls race, Ayla Fought finished 6th out of 61 runners. The MS boys placed 2nd out of 8 teams. Leading the was was Thomas Craig in 5th place, Micah Benedict in 7th, Tobin Foust was 8th, and Jadyn Sammet placed 11th.

Monday Announcements:
The ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) is a standardized test that helps determine a person's suitability for military service and their strengths in various areas. If you are a junior or senior and plan to enlist in the military, please consider taking the ASVSB on Thursday November, 14th at Millstream Career Center. Please let Mrs. Barnhart know if you will be taking the test by October 11th.
Picture Day is Tuesday. Seniors are required to have their photos taken to be included in the senior wall composite. Males must wear a collared shirt with tie, and females must wear a dress blouse or sweater with a modest neckline. Please see Mrs. Welch or Mrs. Cuellar if you do not have appropriate attire.
There will be a high school student council meeting during lunch on Wednesday. Please go to the front of the line and bring your lunch to the JH commons area!
Fellowship of Christian Hornets invite you to Join us in the Bob Abbey Gym for “See you at the Pole” on Wednesday, September 25th at 7:45 for a quick prayer session to bring in the new school year and also prayers for our community, nation, and world! This includes all students 7-12, staff, and community members! Join us!
On Saturday at the Van Buren Black Knight Invitational, the MS Boys finished 2nd, led by Micah Benedict who finished 6th and Thomas Craig who finished 8th.Tobin Foust finished 14th and Jadyn Sammet finished 15th. In the MS Girls race, Ayla Fought finished 4th out of 83 runners. In the HS Boys race, Wyatt Foust finished 24th out of 165 runners. Congratulations to all of the runners.
