Enrolling a student new to Cory-Rawson

We look forward to meeting prospective families! Students new to our school enroll either as a resident of the school district or a non-resident, through the open-enrollment process. Below are the processes for both:

Resident of Cory-Rawson Local School district:

Do NOT use these directions for preschool students. Contact the elementary school office (419-963-3415 ext. 1120)

  • Begin completing enrollment forms through Final Forms.

  • Obtain necessary documents:

    • Birth certificate

    • Social security card

    • Immunization records

    • Custody paperwork or IEP records (when applicable)

  • Contact the appropriate school office to schedule an enrollment appointment:

    • Elementary school (grades K-6): 419-963-3415, option #1

    • High school (grades 7-12): 419-963-3415, option #2

Note that school building offices are closed mid-June through early August - please leave a voicemail and you will be contacted once our staff returns from summer vacation.

Non-resident of Cory-Rawson Local School district:

  • Open-enrollment guidelines and application

    • Open enrollment for 2024-2025 is closed. For consideration, contact the principal.

    • Cory-Rawson is accepting 2025-2026 open enrollment applications through April 25, 2025.

Wait to complete the below steps until notification of acceptance of open-enrollment.

  • Begin completing enrollment forms through Final Forms.

  • Contact the appropriate school office to schedule an enrollment appointment:
